Monthly churn

4.1%

+0.6 points against your own baseline

Customers lost

MRR lost
$490

Churn is above your own four-week baseline, not above an industry average.

Open retention signals

  • Six cancellations, four inside two days

A cluster this tight is usually one cause, not six decisions.

Read the four cancellation reasons before touching pricing.

  • $380 of declines never retried

Involuntary churn counts in the same rate as customers who chose to leave.

Retry them today; recovery on a first retry is usually above 50%.

About Churnscope

Churn is easy to measure and hard to act on, because the rate alone never says which customers or why. Churnscope shows the rate next to the signals the engine raised for the same period, which is as close to a reason as a metric gets.

Everything here is read-only. Seiton never contacts a customer of yours and never writes to your billing provider.

Questions

Where do I get a token?
Seiton dashboard, Settings โ†’ API. Free to create, free to revoke.
What counts as churn?
A paying customer who cancelled in the period, taken from your billing provider โ€” not a trial that expired.
Why is my churn rate blank?
Because no billing sensor is connected yet. Seiton reports an unmonitored dimension as unmonitored rather than as zero.

Churnscope answers one question. Seiton answers the rest every morning.

Connect Stripe, analytics, Search Console and Sentry read-only. Seiton tells you what changed overnight, how much money is at risk, and what deserves attention today.
